Terms & conditions:
• The room prices are in Vietnam Dong and apply per room per night.
• All prices do NOT include VAT, do not include breakfast.
• Free 02 tea packs in the room.
• Check-in time is 14:00.
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Early check-in is subject to room availability at check-in.
• Please complete payment before check-in. The payment amount is equivalent to the minimum number of days expected to stay. If you check out earlier than planned, we will refund the days you do not stay at the hotel.
CHILDEN POLICIES:
• Children from 0 - 5 years old: free of charge, if staying in the same room with parents, breakfast is NOT included.
• Children from 6 - 11 years old: half the adult price, sharing room with parents, breakfast is NOT included.
• Children from 12 years old and above: charged as adults, breakfast is NOT included.
• Room for 2 - 3 people are free of charge 1 child under 6 years old. The 2nd child from 6 - 11 years old is charged half the adult price, NOT including breakfast.
• Room for 4 people is free of charge 2 children under 6 years old. The 3rd child from 6 - 11 years old is charged half the adult price, NOT including breakfast.
EARLY CHECK IN:
+ Before 06:00: Full price.
+ 06:00 – 09:00: Half price.
+ 09:00 - 12:00: Charge 30% of the price.
+ After 12:00 noon: Free of charge (subject to room availability)
LATE CHECK OUT:
+ 12:00 noon – 13:00: Free of charge (subject to room availability)
+ 12:00 noon – 15:00: Charge 30% of the price,
+ 15:00 - 18:00: Half price.
+ After 18:00: Full price.
